Disable a task that is not scheduled anymore

Description

A registered task may not be scheduler after a while: either it was registered for a single run and that run is done, or it was registered as a recurring event, but the end date is now passed. In any of these cases, the task will not run anymore.

In such a case, it seems logical to automatically mark the task as disabled. This makes it clear in the BE module that the task will not run anymore.

Yes, I know I'm a bad boy, I solved three issues with a single patch. I won't do it anymore when it's in the core.
