EM: Maximum execution time exceeded

Description
After the upgrade to TYPO3 6.0 the Extension Manager does not work any more because the timeout of 30 seconds is exceeded.
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/html/demo-franz/typo3_src-6.0.0/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Charset/CharsetConverter.php on line 2081
The EM with the same installed extensions did work fine under TYPO3 4.x.

Hi!
Maybe 30 sec of execution time is a bit too limited for TYPO3...

I disagree. The EM is not usable if it executes so slow.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce it in my local setup.
Did it happen, when doing a certain action in the new new ExtensionManager?
Did it also happen for you in a new/clean setup (like the IntroductionPackage)?

I also can not reproduce this behavior with a execution_time of 30s.
Please use the latest version of 6.0-branch to test.
I will close this issue for now because it can not be reproduced and there had been no feedback for 4 months.
Please open a new issue if the problem persists.
