Description

Updating V4.7 to V6 using the update Wizard in install Tool crashes:

Uncaught TYPO3 Exception
#1247602160: Table 'typo3test.tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_repository' doesn't exist: SELECT tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_repository.* FROM
tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_repository WHERE tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_repository.uid = '1' LIMIT 1 (More information)

TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Persistence\Generic\Storage\Exception\SqlErrorException thrown in file
typo3_src-6.0.0rc2/typo3/sysext/extbase/Classes/Persistence/Generic/Storage/Typo3DbBackend.php in line 1165.

This occures while updater tries to install Scheduler, versioning, Workspaces (skipping works)
