Description

Scenario:

Custom record with TCA definition using multiple sys_file_references

First relation has no restrictions.
Second relation has the restriction that each linked image requires a title.

Didn't find any way to make this possible.

This has nothing to do with FAL.
There is currently no possibility in the core to have different TCA settings for different elements in one field.
If you need different TCA, you need to use different fields.

Adding such a functionality would be a feature, which obviously cannot go into 6.0.

If you think this would be a useful feature, please start with a proposal on how to implement it on the typo3.core list.
