Hello,
I configured my RTE with a stylesheet. In this one, I have a link style that contains the property "display:block".
When this style is applied to a link, if I place the cursor after the last character of this link (see file) and I press "Enter", IE8 crash and closes current tab.

I am unable to reproduce this issue with IE 10.
I am also unable to reproduce the issue in IE 10 using IE8 mode and IE8 standards.
Moreover, the RTE has no ENTER key handler when the browser is IE.
If you still have this issue, you may want to submit it to Microsoft.
