Cropped filenames in the filelist-module

Description
On a Windows-Xampp-Installation:
If you upload a file in the filelist-module, the first letter of the filename is cropped.

Just tried it on my Windows XAMPP installation (Win Vista, PHP 5.4) and there were no problems uploading files.
Can you provide more details? Windows version, PHP version (minor number)? did you try the latest TYPO3 6.0 version? File name (did it start with a special character)? What is your setting in the Install Tool for [SYS][UTF8filesystem], [SYS][systemLocale], etc. To which folder did you try to upload?

thank you for your answer.
Here is some data about the system:
Windows 7
TYPO3 6.0.4
PHP: 5.3.8
[SYS][systemLocale] is empty
[UTF8filesystem]: doesn't matter, whether true or false
For example the filename of the uploaded file is test.txt, the filename after uploading is est.txt.
The upload folder is fileadmin/Bilder-Dokumente/Galerie/Tollwood/

Hi Jigal,
in this moment I noticed, that the same error occures on TYPO3 4.6 and TYPO3 4.7
Perhaps I have a strange Xampp-Installation, so that this issue could be closed...?

This issue will be closed then since it does not seem to be a Core bug.
