Description

If you add an extension by "hand" (adding extension files to typo3conf/ext-dir + adding Extensionkey to LocalConfiguration.php file) and use the COMPARE function of the Database Analyser in the Installtool to generate the database tables, defined in the ext_tables.sql-File of the extension, the first table definition will be ignored.

May be this issue has relations to http://forge.typo3.org/issues/36736 ?
