Description

In Extbase File extbase/Classes/Persistence/Storage/Typo3DbBackend.php on line 854 namespaces are used when throwing an exception, that not exists anyway (InconsistentQuerySettingsException).

This can't work in PHP 5.2.x in the usage as an LTS version.
