Signal for image processing configuration in ContentObjectRenderer

Description
For some extensions it would be amazing to have a signal, which allows adjustments at the processing configuration of images before they get rendered.

I updated your initial patch with some cleanup and added two parameters to the signal call. I hope you don't mind. Please let me know if you have any feedback.

You can use $file->process()->emitPreFileProcessSignal() which is executed just one line below and fits your needs even better. This is a more appropriate place to hook into FAL directly. Please use that one. No need to add even more hookable places.
