Description

t3lib has been removed from the Typo3 sources, but in the dummy package there is still a symbolic link to it. This dead link could cause confusion for the users thinking they have not installed Typo3 correctly.

The dummy package is not needed anymore in 6.2, files and folders are taken care off by installer.

Just saw, that the Download section on typo3.org is still providing it.
That should be removed completely.

Thanks for the hint. I just reworked the download page for the 6.2 part removing Blank and Dummy packages and adding a note about it below.

We'll have to adapt the Release Packaging script still. Will file a new issue for it.
