Description

Since introduction of FAL each sys_file has an edit view to administer meta data. Edit view should be the primary action. List view brings an edit icon but the title + preview does not link to the edit view.

Primary action: edit view
Secondary action: info view

Link to the file/image must also be available from edit-view and from info-view.

We can gain consistency here when title+preview and edit link to the primary action which is the edit form.
