sys_note template problem

Description
After I login to BE in web->page module and others I see errors from attachment.
"More information" links to empty wiki page
http://wiki.typo3.org/ExceptionCMS/debug/1289386765 . But from the
http://wiki.typo3.org/Exception/CMS/1289386765 (the same error number!) page I know it may be fluid template error.
When I comment out the line in LocalConfiguration.php containing 'sys_note' (part of array extListArray->'sys_note' all works fine.

Are you sure that there is a file typo3/sysext/fluid/Classes/Core/Widget/WidgetRequestHandler.php and that the file is not empty?

Yes.
d:\wamp\www\dev.local\typo3\sysext\fluid\Classes\Core\Widget\WidgetRequestHandler.php - 3723 bytes.

Can you please remove the Cache and try again? (typo3temp/Cache)

I uncommented 'sys_note' in my LocalConfiguation.php, cleared all caches, removed all files and subdirectories from typo3temp/. Then I clicked refresh on my FF to reload whole backend and an error message shows again.

Guys,
I don't see this error neither in 6.1.5 nor 6.1.7. So, the bug may be closed.
