Description

I wanted to load the new language files (to german) via Admin Tools --> Language.

Now when I try to access the Backend I receive the following error:

Oops, an error occurred!

The path provided does not point to existing and accessible well-formed XML file.

I guess the download failed somehow.
Delete the contents of your typo3temp folder and try again.
