Description

In order to use a standard line-height of 1.5em in tables with trees taller icons are needed. Adds icons to the core as feature. Use in tables based on html structure of

The height of the icons is:

16 Pixel line height (based on sprite icon dimensions) = 12px font size * 1.5em line-height = 18px
+ 6 Pixel padding top
+ 6 Pixel padding bottom

The padding top and bottom is based on half the standard grid (12px) of the backend.
