Description
I'd like to request to usability features:
1. when selecting the DB, a note could mention that "Socket" should perferably be used, when working on an *AMP stack
2. on entering the password for the admin user, let the user know that it should have at least 8 letters (at the moment the message only appears when the error is thrown - actually, the input field turn yellow after only 6 letters: this could be improved to make it turn colors only after having entered 8 letters...)

It would be very ok with me, if this ticket could be set to closed, since its main issue - the length of the password - was already solved in the related ticket. The wording shouldn't be reason to keep this open, it is just not important enough. Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback, Robert. Try to open separate issues for separate things, easier to manage later on. :)
Regarding 1. I think this information is highly dependent on your setup, most users using regular hosting providers will use the TCP connection. And every local stack has it's different stories. A whole article about it could make sense (Wiki), and a link to it from the "INSTALL.md" file.
