Extension Manager - removing extension maks all other (not system) disabled

Description
I have strange behaviour in EM. Besiades core (system) extension there some additional installed. Now if i deactivate such one of them it seems to work just fine. The problem starts if i remove extension - extension is rtemoved from the list and io can see list of other available extension. Now if i reload again EM i have for example:
Uncaught TYPO3 Exception
#1365429673: TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "soee_extbase" is NOT loaded! (More information)
If i remove all caches i can open backend again and what i see in EM is that all not core extensions are marked as disabled!
So it seems like removing extenion leads somehow to disabling other - not core - extensions.

Hi,
thanks for the report. Unfortunately I can't reproduce this behavior. Can you check if this happens for only one extension or for more? Can you try to find out what is different about the extension?

This was reported a long time ago. Since few months i didn't have this error so probably it was fixed somehow through other patches. Please close it for now.
