linkvalidator: get table name from TCA in linkhandler link checker

Description
Currently the label for the table is read from TSConfig for displaying the error messages in the linkhandler link checker.
The problem here is: There is no page ID available at this point so a hardcoded page ID 1 is used to get the configuration.
This is not very clean and since the table name is also available in the TCA it can be fetched from there without problems.
