Description

Since I think it's fair to assume people will at the very least be running the former LTS version and an upgrade from 3.8 is pretty much expected to be a tremendous task, we should remove these legacy templates. It will lower the pressure on every call to register/configure plugins and make TypoScript parsing (very slightly) faster by avoiding some analysis.

Patch is coming up.
