Clean up category references when a file is deleted

Description
File are categorizable by default as of TYPO3 6.2
When a BE User deletes a file, associated categories
must be removed as well.

To test the patch:
1. upload a file
2. associated categories
3. delete the files
-> relations are still present in table sys_category_record_mm
Do the same with the patched applied, the relations must be removed.
