Hello,

it seems that the translation handling of the table sys_category isn`t working correctly. When you want to translate a category record as an administrator everything works fine, but if you want to translate a category with restricted permissions (editor) the translation is buggy. If you click on the translation option in the editing form of the record you get an empty frame on the right side and the category is not translated it`s duplicated. Other translations of records like "news" are working fine.

We have the latest version (6.1.7) running.
