Description
The "Migrate all file links of RTE-enabled fields to FAL" upgrate wizard searches for file links in the content based on the string found in sys_refindex.ref_string.
Problem is that whitespaces in the urls in the content are replaces by %20 but in sys_refindex.ref_string it are real whitespaces.
The result is that the upgrade script doesn't find the url/path to replace.
