Description
In the Configuration view, the EM does not check if a given configuration option has both a a headline and a text. This generates a weird empty space when there's no text.
This can be easily seen in the configuration of extension "saltedpasswords" for example, where the first two options "Frontend configuration check" and "Backend configuration check" have a headline, but no text.
