Bug #57991
closedMissing workspaces in BE-user permissions
0%
Description
I've created a workspace but was not able to grand permissions on that workspace. The workspace is not listed in the Backend Users module. In the first screenshot you'll see the created workspaces, in the second screenshot the missing workspace.
We tried this on multiple site, include typo3 6.2 and 6.1. In a typo3 4.5 the workspaces are listed.

This is the test I have done in TYPO3 6.2.12:
1) activate the workspace extension
2) create usergroup "Pincopalli"
> access list: I grant everything (it does not matter); as you can see from Cattura.PNG, the workspace module is listed
> Workspace permissions: uncheck "Edit live"
> DB Mount: start from home page (ID=1)
3) create user "tizioqualunque"
> usergroup: "Pincopalli"
> group: pincopalli
> Workspace permissions: uncheck "Edit live"
2) [ROOT ID=0] > create new workspace,
name: Draft before publishing
users: members: tizioqualunque
mount points: home page
Allow "live" editing of records from tables without versioning: yes
3)switching user from admin > tizioqualunque >
Results:
1) I am in the "Draft before publishing" workspace (See Cattura2.png)
The association between users and workspace is done in the workspace record (See Cattura3.png)
Can you tell us if this is sufficient; otherwise please add some information to this ticket
