Add "auto" absRefPrefix option

Description
For automatic distribution configuration
like the introduction package, a dynamic
option to find out whether TYPO3 is installed
under "/" or "/mysite/" the TypoScript
option config.absRefPrefix = auto
calculates the absRefPrefix automatically.
