Description

Animated gif is back, but using retina images they don't works because they are scaled.

could be a good solution to exclude gif from Responsive Image Rendering.

Maybe some typoscript expert can do it quickly on

typo3\sysext\css_styled_content\static\setup.txt:695

Do you have any hints how we could identify whether a GIF file is animated or not?
