Improve userFunc in HtmlParser

Description
Currently the userFunc that can be configured for attributes in the HtmlParser only accepts the function name but no additional parameters:
For example
fixAttrib.[attribute].userFunc.myparam = test1
will not be passed to the user function. This would be quite useful :)
