options.contextMenu.pageList.disableItems = hide
options.contextMenu.page.disableItems = hide

doesnt' work, the light bulb is still active.

We tried as page/user TSCONFIG

As far as I have seen, on TYPO3 v.8.7 this issue has been solved.

On TYPO3 version 7.6 the working options are:

options.contextMenu.pageTree.disableItems = disable
options.contextMenu.pageList.disableItems = hide
options.contextMenu.folderTree.disableItems = hide
options.contextMenu.folderList.disableItems = hide

As TYPO3 7.6 is in its "priority bugfix" phase of lifecycle, I consider this issue closed.
If you think that this is the wrong decision then please reopen it or open a new issue with a reference to this one
