currently if you create an internal link with browse_links.php it will just link to the page - but if there is a plugin included or a form embedded, which requires a specific query string / get parameter, you cant set this in the linkpicker
would be nice to add a field where you can set the additionalParams sting to get it appended to the typolink created in RTE
