It's pretty much the same bug as:
[[https://forge.typo3.org/issues/55760]] and [[https://forge.typo3.org/issues/48022.]]
The message I get is:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getNotificationEmail() on a non-object in typo3_src-6.2.5/typo3/sysext/reports/Classes/Task/SystemStatusUpdateTaskNotificationEmailField.php on line 49
This happened after I upgraded from 4.5.36 to 6.2.5.

JFYI: This is caused by mysql strict mode. I disabled it following this guide and scheduler is working fine again.
