Catchable fatal error (null given) in FilesContentObject

Description
There seems to be a missing null check in FilesContentObject.php.
I use the cal extensions. After update to 6.x i got the following error message for entries with files attached, not tranlsated on a multi-language page:
Catchable fatal error: Argument 3 passed to TYPO3\CMS\Frontend\Page\PageRepository::getFileReferences() must be of the type array, null given, called in .../typo3/sysext/frontend/Classes/ContentObject/FilesContentObject.php on line 318 and defined in .../typo3/sysext/frontend/Classes/Page/PageRepository.php on line 1357
I'm not 100% sure where it commes from but the attached patch fixed it.

Just encountered the same issue.
In my case it was because I referenced an element from a different language (by accident) and had set "config.sys_language_mode = strict" and an image was referenced in that element.
Although in that case the question is - as I reference the element directly - if it should not also display the image.
