Copying folder in file list module does not work

Description
When copying/pasting a folder, exemple "../fileadmin/myfolder/" in "../fileadmin/otherfolder/myfolder/) in file list,
pasting results in:
Directory ".../fileadmin/users_data/Actualites/L_image_du_jour" WAS NOT copied to ".../fileadmin/users_data/Architecture/concours/L_image_du_jour"! Write-permission problem?
Directory permission 777 and all php restriction removed for testing purposes.
No php error at all.
Creating file/folder is ok.
Copy/Paste files is ok, only folders can't be copied.
Rights for "folder copy" are set in user group.
Even "admin" can't copy/paste folder.

I made a test with TYPO3 6.2.6 and 7.2.0, both with admin user and editor user with a group with "copy folders" permission and it works;
as it has been said, TYPO3 4.7 is not supported anymore, so I close this ticket.
If you think that this is the wrong decision or experience this issue again, then please write to the mailing list typo3.teams.bugs with issue number and an explanation or open a new ticket and add a relation to this ticket number.
