Can't install The official Introduction Package due to RealURL

Description
After a clean 7.0 install you can't install the Introduction Package due to the version requirement in RealURL.
Could not install distribution 'realurl'
Your TYPO3 version is higher than this extension requires. It requires TYPO3 versions 4.5.0 - 6.2.999

Same problem - of course - with a fresh installation of Typo3 7.1.

Now RealUrl is compatible till 7.1.999, but I don't think this solves ...

The distribution view now shows the supported versions of an distribution.
An distribution that is compatible gets a green version number in the upper right corner.
This doesn't solve the real problem you face but an distribution needs to take care of correct depedencies. The core can't solve this problem so I'll close the issue.
If you think that this is the wrong decision or experience this issue again, then please write to the mailing list typo3.teams.bugs with issue number and an explanation or open a new ticket and add a relation to this ticket number.
