Update misleading help text about deprecated removed curl-feature

Description
A help text in the Install claims, that settings under $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS'] are deprecated and removed in TYPO3 CMS 6.2 (see attached screenshot0001.png):
- curlProxyServer
- curlProxyTunnel
- curlProxyUserPass
- curlTimeout
Given the fact, that at least the Extension Manager uses them to retrieve data via a proxy server (and not the settings under $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['HTTP']), it is obvious that the curl* settings have not been removed and are still required. This means, the help text is wrong and misleading:
Deprecated since 4.6 - will be removed in 6.2. See below for http options
