Distribution: Exception thrown if depending extension isn't installed

Description
Tried to install the Aimeos web shop distribution on a newly created TYPO3 7.1 installation. It fails with an exception that the dependent "scheduler" extension isn't installed instead of activating the installed extension itself. After activating the "scheduler" extension manually, it works as expected.
