Feature #63037: Include Imagecropping into the core
Add the "infrastructure" to enable single image cropping in BE

Description
To enable cropping of single images we need:
- Extend LocalCropScaleMaskHelper to support the new crop setting
- Adjust the ViewHelpers to support the crop setting
- Extend typoscript imgResource to support the crop setting
- A new db field for sys_file_reference to hold the crop settings
- Status changed from New to Under Review
