Given is a TCA tree
and records using label_alt and label_alt_force
and the TCA tree is shown
then I should see both fields of the record as label

to reproduce: open typo3_src/typo3/sysext/core/Configuration/TCA/sys_category.php and add

        'label_alt' => 'sys_language_uid',
        'label_alt_force' => TRUE,

and now create some sys_category records. you should see the language also in the tree
