change language in page tree if certain language is selected

Description
if an editor selects one language it would be great if the pagetree also would show the localization for qickediting the pagetitles.
for pages that have no translation a [not yet translated] would be great maybe with a button(fa-language) to quickly add one. by clicking this button the normal page on localizing would open then.
The benefit would be a better overview in the backend and a faster editing.
