Install Tool: begin with "Important Actions", move splash-page to "About"

Description

After having logged into the install tool, a long and probably very seldomly read help page is displayed (cf attachment).

I propose moving that content into an "about" section and start directly withe "Important Actions".

So to e.g. "Clear all Caches" or make a DBComp, users will save a click.
