Flexform: Minitems > 0 within section prevents from saving

Description
When writing a flexform and providing a section you can not define a group/select field with minitens=1 option. Even if no element is created in the section TCEforms gives you a validation error (please fill in all fields...). But as long as no element is created in the section the minitems should not have any effect.
I dont know when this first occured, it definitly exists in 7.3

this might be fixed in master already - the required handling was re-done after 7.3 release. I'll check this ... problem is probably the "hidden" form section stuff that is copied around.

I think it's safe to close here: We had various minitems / maxitems fixes in the past and I guess the issue is done. Please create a new issue in case this is still a problem.
