With the RTE configuration
RTE.default.buttons.link.relAttribute.enabled = 1it is possible to create nofollow links. But the internal links are kind of broken.
I do not get a well-formed URL like http://xyz.de/test.html. Instead I get http://xyz.de/index.php?id=11.
Is there another RTE configuration to fix that problem? I use TYPO3 6.2.14.

I recognized the same problem and could not find a solution.
