Internal Links in RTE and rel="nofollow" don't output well-formed URLs

Description

With the RTE configuration 

RTE.default.buttons.link.relAttribute.enabled = 1
it is possible to create nofollow links. But the internal links are kind of broken.
I do not get a well-formed URL like http://xyz.de/test.html. Instead I get http://xyz.de/index.php?id=11.

Is there another RTE configuration to fix that problem? I use TYPO3 6.2.14.
