I have some problems with my TYPO3 (ver 7.4-dev, master) on php 5.6 and mysql 5.6. Does someone else also have it?

I cannot add images for filelist (I have js error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'upload' of undefined").
When I add a news plugin to page and save, it doesn't save my settings.
Sometimes when I want to add images in "Text & Images", after save the record the images disappear (especially when RTE is empty - js error: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'appendChild' of null")
In news recors I also cannot add a images.

On php 5.5 and mysql 5.5 on another machine it's working perfect. So can it be problem with php or mysql version or something else?
