Installation of bootstrap_package kills Extension Manager in TYPO3 6.2.14

Description

If I install the bootstrap_package on TYPO3 6.2.14 the Extensionlist in EM can not be loaded. Empty page.
This problem occurs with V 6.6.14 of the bootstrap_package - 6.2.10 can be installed without any problems.
