"Add Media Files" Button disappears if maxitems is reached but does not reappear if item is deleted

Description

If a FAL Relation has a maxitems setting the "Add Media Files" button disappears if the limit is reached. So if the limit is set to 1 then button disappears if one item is added. But if this item is deleted the button keeps hidden and does not reappear. If the record is saved the button is visible again.
