Can't paste page into pagetree after resetting a pagetree filter

Description
We think, the following behaviour is a bug:
- Filter the pagetree for a specific string, such as "news"
- Right click on any of the filtered pages, click "page actions" >>> "copy"
- Now reset the filter of the tree
- Try to paste the copied page via "page actions" >>> "paste into" to any place within the pagetree.
The last step won't work. There isn't any errormessage or anything else.
We tried it in 4.5,6.2 and 7.3
