With issue #69774 the behavior of the LoginRefresh has changed.

The reason why this patch should be reverted:

This modal appear without activation by the user, the user does not know at first what is happening there, unlike clicking the delete icon for a record.
The user is reading, you will be logged out. He reads no more, because he is put under pressure, because there is the running progress bar. The user will think: "No, I do not want logged out" and clicks on the gray button which always will "cancel" or "abort" the modal and action. At the moment the gray button, which ever should be the destructive action will logout the user.

The primary button must trigger the action which will happen soon and do not abort it.
