Description

When creating a new record that has inline children the TcaInline provider shows all possible related records as linked to the new record.
To reproduce:

1) Install EXT:news 3.2.x and enable the content element relations in the EM configuration.
2) Create a new news record
3) Add the bottom of the general tab a list of content elements should be shown als IRRE children.
