PHP Warning because of modified Array in usort

Description
Hello Core-Team,
visit a Content Element of type "list", switch to tab where you can find the selectbox "list_type". Now clear the "red flash" cache.
Right click -> reload current frame
Following PHP Warning will appear:
An error occurred trying to process items for field "Plugin:" (PHP Warning: usort(): Array was modified by the user comparison function in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/typo3_src/typo3/sysext/frontend/Classes/Hooks/TableColumnHooks.php line 32).

To reproduce:
1.) \TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Utility\ExtensionUtility::registerPlugin()
has to be called with a plugin name that references LLL:
2.) Language file for current language does not exist, e.g. locallang_db.xlf exists for "en" but current language is set to "de" and therefore it tries to find de.locallang_db.xlf which does not exist
This produces and exception and therefore results in the above mentioned bug.
