ContentObject IMAGE always renders longdesc even if empty.
Accordion to [[http://www.w3.org/TR/html-longdesc/#implementation]] it is not allowed to be an empty String
The longdesc attribute must contain a valid non-empty URL potentially surrounded by spaces.
