Every content element are allowed when editing with "language view"

When I use "language view" to add content element in my pages I can add any content element even if it is not allowed in my backend_layout row.

Thanks for creating this issue. The core doesnt restrict content elements in columns of backend layouts. this is a feature of EXT:gridelements.
Please create the issue on the tracker of gridelements.
